Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 8 years, and in that time I’ve learned that true healing happens when the body, mind, and spirit are cared for together. My approach to bodywork is slow, intentional, and deeply supportive of the nervous system. Rather than pushing through pain, I work with the body to release stress, tension, and discomfort in a way that feels safe and lasting. Each session is a blend of modalities designed to meet your unique needs; whether that’s easing chronic pain, calming an overworked mind, or simply giving yourself the space to exhale. Reiki and energetic work are also available for those who want to go beyond the physical and restore balance on a deeper level. I’ve created a space that feels like a sanctuary: safe, sacred, and welcoming. It’s a soft place to land where you can be held, cared for, and reminded that your wellbeing is worth prioritizing. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date will not incur any charge. However, cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount, while those made within 12 hours will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancelling, please get in touch with me at least 24 hours in advance; rescheduling may incur a fee and is subject to availability.
In special circumstances, such as emergencies, I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or need to process a cancellation, please contact me. Thank you for your understanding; I look forward to serving you!
